Feature 06 · Weekly Check-In Coaching
Once per week — on the day and time you configure — the AI Mentor opens a structured check-in session. Three questions. Five minutes. The week ahead becomes specific.
Never generic
The questions are always personalized to your recent activity. The AI pulls context from the previous week's Growth Board completion rate, the coaching conversations you had, the CRM contacts that were flagged, and whether the previous check-in's goals were met.
“Looking at last week's board, you completed 8 of 14 tasks. The ones you skipped were mostly in Lead Generation. What got in the way?”
“You mentioned in last week's check-in that you were going to make 10 sphere calls this week. Your CRM shows three were logged. Walk me through what happened with the other seven.”
“Your next listing appointment is Thursday. Based on what I know about your recent coaching, what part of the presentation are you least confident walking into right now?”
“You completed your first full Learning module this week — congratulations. What's the one thing from it you're going to implement this week, specifically?”
After you answer
The Coach generates a short coaching summary — a reflection of what you said, what the data shows, and what the priorities should be. It then adjusts the Growth Board for the upcoming week.
The longer you use the weekly check-in, the more accurate the adjustments become. The Coach builds a running model of your patterns, rhythms, and recurring blind spots — and uses that model to make the next week's board better than the last.
Completing a check-in earns +100 XP and extends your check-in streak. Missing one breaks the streak and reduces the following week's board personalization quality.
