The three stages

Stage 1

Learn

The AI coaches the topic conversationally. One concept at a time, one question after each idea, building on whatever the agent says. Not a lecture. A real back-and-forth coaching conversation that takes 10–15 minutes and leaves the agent with something they can use today. The stage completes when the agent has engaged genuinely across multiple exchanges — the AI judges this.

Stage 2

Practice

The AI generates a complete, ready-to-use resource in the format that best fits the topic. A word-for-word script. An email template ready to copy and personalize. A 30-day action plan broken into weekly milestones. The agent reviews it, personalizes it to their market and voice, and confirms they have it. Not passive consumption — active review and adaptation.

Stage 3

Quiz

Four scenario-based questions drawn from real situations agents face in the field. Real objections. Real client behaviour. Real decisions an agent has to make in the moment. Score 3 or better out of 4 to mark the stage complete. A lower score unlocks targeted follow-up coaching on the specific question answered incorrectly.

Completing all three stages of a single topic unlocks a +25 XP Topic Mastery bonus on top of the individual stage rewards.

The four coaching modes

Within any active stage, a persistent mode selector lets you redirect the AI at any point without resetting the conversation. The AI carries full context across mode switches.

Role Play deserves a special mention: the scenario is always the hard version — the homeowner who has had three agents knock this week, the seller who already has a higher estimate, the lead who has ignored your last four emails — because the hard version is what actually happens. At the end, the AI breaks character and gives you the one exact phrase you should have used at the moment things started to slip. Not a general critique. The specific line.
