The brokerage-wide leaderboard ranks every enrolled agent by XP earned in the current period. Each entry shows the agent's rank, name, XP total, level, active streak, and a rank-change indicator — up arrow, down arrow, or new entry flag.
Agents who use the platform consistently rise. Agents who go quiet fall — and they see it. The agents at the top feel recognized. The agents in the middle feel motivated. The agents at the bottom feel the gap. No brokerage mandate, no accountability meetings, no weekly check-in calls from management.
Agents can opt out of the leaderboard from their personal settings at any time. Their XP, badges, level, and all progress data are completely unaffected by this choice.
