Each CRM integration uses an encrypted API key or OAuth credential stored securely on the platform. You connect your own CRM from Platform Settings in about five minutes.
Credentials are never shown again after entry, and are never accessible to other agents — or to your broker. The Admin Dashboard shows engagement metrics, never your pipeline.
Your data is stored in the cloud region closest to you, and Agent Academy complies with the real estate data collection and retention rules of every US state and Canadian province.
